Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation: Clients may request to cancel their ongoing marketing services at any time by providing written notice to Dimeser Agency. The cancellation will take effect as of the date the written notice is received by the agency.
2. No Refunds: Please note that all fees and payments made for Dimeser Agency Marketing Services are non-refundable. Once the services have commenced, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the results, changes in business priorities, or other unforeseen circumstances. If for any reason refunds need to be processed, it will get processed within 24 hours and the funds should reach your bank within 5 – 7 working days.
3. Service Termination: Dimeser Agency reserves the right to terminate marketing services at any time if there is a breach of the terms and conditions agreed upon at the beginning of the engagement. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for any remaining period of service.
4. Consultation Prior to Engagement: Clients are encouraged to engage in thorough consultation and discussion before initiating any marketing service with Dimeser Agency. This will ensure a clear understanding of the services, deliverables, and expectations, reducing the likelihood of the need for cancellation.
5. Acknowledgment: By engaging Dimeser Agency Marketing Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of the Cancellation and Refund Policy, and you agree to abide by them.
